Where do we deliver to?
United Kingdom Mainland and UK Islands that use the Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class service.
As of March 2017 we now also deliver to outside the United Kingdom using the Royal Mail International Tracked service.
How long do we take to process your order?
We dispatch orders no later that 2 business days (Monday to Friday) after receiving your payment, with most orders dispatched same or next business day during normal office hours.
How long should your order take to arrive?
Items ordered on any business day (Monday to Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should normally arrive between two to seven business days after receiving your dispatch notification email from charmed-charms (depending on the destination and not including Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays). However, Royal Mail delays are possible during busy periods so sometimes a delay of 3 business days is possible.
UK 1st Class - Due date 1-2 Days after dispatch
UK 2nd Class - Due date 3 Days after dispatch
International Tracked - Due date 3-7 Days after dispatch (depends on country destination)
How do we notify you about your order status and tracking number?
DCH Enterprises Limited "trading as charmed-charms" relies upon the services of a third party delivery service. Whilst we endeavour to keep to our service as outlined there can be occasions when the service provider fails to deliver within the specified delivery time. On the rare occasions that this does happen, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. We can not refund any delivery charge if the service provider has failed to deliver the order by the anticipated delivery date.
If the order does not arrive when you expect it or there is a problem with your delivery then please do not hesitate to contact us via the links on our website or click here. We will then work with the service provider or resend the order if required.
